Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Gistly account and all associated data — profile, queued videos, and stored summaries — directly in the app: open Settings → Delete account.

If you pay for Gistly through Google Play, cancel that subscription first — the app will not delete your account while it is still set to renew. Deleting the account cannot cancel it: Google is the merchant, so only you can stop the payment. Open Google Play → Subscriptions, cancel there, then delete your account. Deleting ends your access straight away, even if the period you paid for still has time left.

If you can no longer access the app, email ajay@operateai.in from your account email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will remove your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deletion removes: your account and sign-in identity, your personalization profile, all your video records, and all stored summaries. This cannot be undone.
